Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the opportunity to feed the deer and enjoy the scenic views of the lake was a highlight for my family. On the other hand, the rooms left a lot to be desired, lacking basic cleanliness and comfort. The facilities were decent, but not everything lived up to the expectation for the price we paid.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While I enjoyed feeding the deer and found the natural surroundings beautiful, the accommodations fell short of expectations. The beds were too hard for my liking, and some important kitchen items were lacking. Overall, it was a unique experience, but the value for money left something to be desired.
My group of 10 and I enjoyed a week-long stay at the Comal Cabin, which offered a lovely environment and several enjoyable features. The unique experience of feeding deer right from our hands and the hot tub on the deck were major highlights. However, the lack of Wi-Fi was a significant drawback, especially as I had online assignments due. Additionally, the cabin had some uncomfortable aspects, like limited privacy in the master bedroom and insufficient cleaning supplies, which made organizing our space challenging.
The cabin was spacious and had a fantastic view of Canyon Lake, which made our stay really special. It was great to have fun feeding the deer, and the kitchen was well-equipped for family meals. However, there were some issues with odor and furniture quality that detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, our experience was negatively impacted by noisy neighbors during our stay, which made it hard to relax.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The opportunity to feed the deer was a highlight, and the scenic views of the lake added to the charm of the stay. However, the lack of Wi-Fi and the outdated cabins were significant drawbacks. Overall, the pricing felt steep considering some of the amenities were either missing or not up to par.
